Our team led the project through the planning and interface design phase, initially producing wireframes and interactive responsive clickable prototypes. We then led UX testing using our cutting edge eye tracking and mobile testing hardware to ensure that the target audiences could easily and intuitively use the calendar and pay for their private GP appointments. User interfaces have been designed to provide an App-like experience for mobile users and a clean intuitive experience for desktop users.

What we did
The complex technical integration drew upon our expertise in e-commerce and reservations along with our team's Umbraco CMS development expertise.
The project integrates seamlessly with Spire's SAP back end system, and Mentor's senior technical team worked closely with their counterparts within the Spire IT team to develop API documentation and ensure rock solid integrations.
